Well hello there,

This is my first post of 2019.
I have missed this sanctuary.
I am returning to self

In the journey of life
Don't shy from returning to self.
Life is a journey of discovering one's true self.
A series of inventions and reinventions

Trials shape us
Highs and lows define our character.
We get knocked down
We lay down think, hurt and then muscle by muscle
Second by second
We rise

So return to self
Return to you
To the journey you left
Fear not what the world thinks
Be true to you

Shine like the star you know you are
Be your wise counsel
Be your cheerleader
Be gentle with your spirit
Love yourself truly and deeply and most of all madly.
